The lady that works the desk doesn't understand english... And she don't know how to run a credit card machine (the owner is the only one able to make this transaction ...) They were constantly knocking on the door wanting you to fill out paper work that the lady behind the desk didnt know how to fill out ... The bed sat on a thin piece of plywood on the floor with no rails ... the room had dust and dead bugs in the corners of the rooms ect...nothing in the room is updated .... stained and yellowed nasty old broken down lamp shades... Holey old stained bed sheets no fitted sheet... Ect The room had a nasty musty foreign smell (like from another country stench.... I suggest spending a few dollars more ...and choosing the days inn ...at least they understand english ....the motel doesn't stink like musty weird food.... And the rooms are cleaner...alot nicer inside ....and bigger ...alot better choice for about $ 9.00 more ! I guess you do get what you pay for....

Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location close to the unrelated restaurant and the market and the Waffle House. Helpful and amiable staffs, gave a few recommendations.

surprising room features but concerning atmosphere
The room had a comfortable layout that accommodated our group well. The bedding seemed fresh and clean.
The environment felt unsettling from the moment we arrived.

Great service, though a few employees were very dishonest. The room was clean and fairly quiet with all the amenities. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfy.
Didn't like the area, it was really bad.

The condition of the room was terrible. there was mold in the bathroom, and my son was too grossed out to shower. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. I've had worse experiences in limas' budget spots, but this one exceeded my expectations.
Wifi was unreliable .

would stay there again
The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and cable channels. There was a desk, refrigerator, and microwave for convenience. Free toiletries and ironing facilities were provided. The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway, a plus.

The culinary scene around Lima is a treasure trove! Fresh ceviche and street tacos had me coming back for more. Pro tip, seek out the local food trucks-they serve the bomb dot com bites! The hotel had clean rooms, a huge win. Plus, I spotted some good folks in the staff trying to keep things organized amidst the chaos.
But woah, everything could've been better! I seemed like we were being watched as we parked, which put a bit of a damper on our vibe. And let's not even talk about the state of some rooms-yikes!
